The Home Care Packages Program helps you live independently in your own home for as long as you can.
The City of Parramatta is an approved Home Care Provider, and we can work with you to provide the following supports:
- Assistance with meals delivered to your home, including special diets for health, religious, cultural, and other reasons.
- Social Support Individual & Groups, to assist you to re-connect with your social contacts or make new contacts.
