Capital Works

The City of Parramatta's Capital Works Program is developed based on the Community Strategic Plan which considers many factors such as community requests, the condition of existing assets and facilities, and expenditure across all project types and wards, to provide a balanced and equitable program of works to meet the needs of the broader community.

Each year Council develops its Operational Plan to deliver projects that improve our infrastructure, town centres, cycleways, streets, parks and public spaces. The capital works projects found in the map below create new assets, or renew and improve our existing assets and are funded by the capital budget and various grants.
