Design Excellence Competitions
The Parramatta Local Environmental Plan 2023 establishes the threshold requirements for a competitive design process to be undertaken prior to the consideration of a development application in a number of areas. It also sets out the objectives of design excellence and matters that must be considered by the consent authority in determining whether development exhibits design excellence.
