Nature changes a city

Creating a City in nature takes planning, it doesn’t just happen organically. The following statements guide Council’s actions in planning a City in Nature. We:
- Need to protect and enhance our parks and green spaces
- Must protect the health of our bushland and waterways
- Want a City that’s shady and cool
- Want to restore the Parramatta River to its former glory
