Annual Community Grants Program

History, Culture and Stories Fund

This grant category is currently closed and will open under the 2025 Cultural Round. More information coming soon.

The Parramatta History, Culture and Stories Fund supports projects that enhance and expand our understanding of Parramatta’s rich history and cultural heritage. This fund aims to encourage initiatives that document and interpret the stories of Parramatta for the benefit of both current and future generations.

Grant applications must clearly demonstrate the significance and relevance of the project to Parramatta’s Cultural heritage and history. We especially welcome applications that aim to explore and illuminate areas that have no been previously researched, enriching our collective knowledge and appreciation of Parramatta.

Grant Information Sessions

In the lead up to our Annual Cultural Grants round, the City of Parramatta Council will be delivering short information sessions for Community Groups, and individuals that are interested in applying. More information coming soon.
