ABOUT THE COUNCIL:

The City of Parramatta Council is located 24 kilometres west of the Sydney CBD and provides a range of goods and services within a local government area (LGA) encompassing some 84 square kilometres and comprises a population of approximately 260,296 people from a range of diverse cultures, lifestyles and experiences.

ABOUT THE TENDER:  

City of Parramatta is seeking to engage the a sole contractor to provide cleaning services to council owned buildings which include but are not limited to administrative offices, operations and community facilities both owned and leased by council.

Compulsory site inspections will be conducted over two consecutive days for various premises which will be held on Tuesday 6th June from 9am to 2.30pm and Wednesday 7th June from 9an to 3pm.  
You are required to register your attendance by Friday 2nd June 2023, emailing  tenders@cityofparramatta.nsw.gov.au and if questions arise submit these via the Tenderlink forum or to  tenders@cityofparramatta.nsw.gov.au.

Tenders close at 10.00am, Tuesday 27th June 2023 and submissions must be fully received by this time. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted, and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tender. Late, verbal or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
