If a childcare spot becomes available and you're next on the waiting list, our centre coordinator will contact you to arrange a time for you and your child to come in for an interview.
Interview
(Back to top)At the interview we'll provide you with information on:
- how the centre operates
- what the centre provides for your child
- what you need to provide for your child in care.
The coordinator will also provide you with a copy of the Parent Information Handbook.
Accepting a spot
(Back to top)To accept the available spot, you'll need to complete an enrolment form and pay a security bond equivalent to one week’s full fees, plus one week’s full fee payment in advance.
Documents
You'll need to bring your:
- completed enrolment form
- child’s birth certificate
- parents' birth certificates
- child immunisation record
- proof of residential address
- payment
Child care benefit
If you wish to claim a childcare benefit from Services Australia, the coordinator will provide you with the Centre’s service provider number for you to use on the Services Australia application and claim form.
