ABOUT THE COUNCIL:

ABOUT THE EOI: 

The City of Parramatta Council is seeking to establish a shortlist of suitable qualified Contractors for a select tender process to undertake the design and construction (D&C) fit-out of the Uhrig Road Community Centre located at 10 Uhrig Road, Lidcombe.
The community facility is 1,017m2 in the Carter Street Precinct. The Centre is being provided to Council by the Developer within a mixed-use development as a cold shell.

The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted, and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tender. Late, verbal or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
