Have your say on a planning proposal for 57-83 Church Street in Parramatta

City of Parramatta is inviting residents to have their say on a Planning Proposal, draft Planning Agreement and draft Development Control Plan (DCP) for land at 57-63 Church Street, Parramatta.

The proposed amendments to the planning controls seek to increase the maximum height of buildings and floor space ratio controls to deliver an additional 208 residential apartments to the approved mixed use development. The Planning Proposal also seeks to amend the site-specific planning controls to reduce the amount of non-residential floor space (i.e. commercial, retail) that will be delivered.

As part of the proposal, the draft planning agreement includes the dedication of a 4-storey building to Council as a Community and Cultural building featuring a variety of uses.

Residents with questions about the proposal can book a phone appointment with Council’s planning team or a one-on-one in person session.
